We are the Rogue Valley South Homeowners Association.
Established in June 2024, we are committed to cultivating a welcoming and inclusive community. We are engaged residents who work together to support one another, protect our way of life, and celebrate our unique community.
Together, we help everyone in the community:
- Manufactured Home Advocacy: We track and research new and proposed laws and regulations that may impact our community, and represent our needs to elected officials and relevant agencies.
- Community Support: We listen to our homeowners’ concerns, educate one another about our rights, and actively share that information with management and owners.
- Neighborhood News: We share current information to help keep residents informed through a free monthly newsletter, The Carport Press, and this website. The paper is available via email or at the Mailbox area around the 15th of each month. Your contributions and articles are welcome.
- Social Engagement: This is our home, and we enjoy living here. We hope you will participate in our monthly events and outings, including Bingo, Potlucks, and special events at various restaurants and local activities.
- Getting Acclimated: When is the trash picked up? What are the Parking Rules, and is there RV storage onsite? What about guests? Be sure to ask and learn about any special issues to avoid problems in advance.
- There is no charge or membership fee to be a member.
The RVS Homeowners Assn. Makes living here easier!
We have monthly open meetings for residents to discuss community issues, problems, events, parties, pending legislation, and our rights and responsibilities. Our goal is to improve the quality of life here at RVS.
Contact us at info@rvs-association.com to introduce yourself before signing a rental agreement, and we will be happy to offer advice to ensure your transition is as smooth as possible.
We look forward to welcoming you aboard!

An Active Community
A special thanks to the team at Fire District 5 for providing a hands-on demo of "How to Use an Extinguisher". Residents got a hands-on opportunity to put out a controlled fire using the "PASS" technique.
What is PASS? That is a good way to remember the 4 steps for using an extinguisher.
Pull- Aim -Squeeze- Sweep!
The unit being used is a type A with powder inside. Scroll down to see what happens!
Prevention Practice
(Left) A swoosh of powder made short work of that fire thanks to our own "Block Captain Steve."
(Center) Love to have the big trucks visiting on casual business, but they are always welcome!
(Right) Captain John Gavin explained the various types of extinguishers and their uses.
